History of the Cadman Pulse Pump Model
|
|
March 1999 I came across Richard Noone's 5/5/2000. Although a doomsday book, most
of the content is excellent and oriented towards ancient cultures. Noone presents
Edward Kunkel's research which had been presented in the book, The Pharaoh's Pump.
Kunkel had presented an absolutely fascinating graphic description of the subterranean
chamber being part of a water pump. There is something intuitively correct about his
drawings of the subterranean sections.

June 1999: Model #1
Construction - cement blocks, 3/4" plexiglass ceiling bolted to top of model, epoxy interior
and constructs. Waste gate on dead end shaft, closed bottom of pit, proposed output through
well shaft.
Result - Doesn't run, ceiling flexes and leaks despite extensive reinforcements. Eventual
catastrophic failure of cement blocks. Positive aspect: Use model to make rubber mold for
next model.

|
September 1999: Model #2
Construction - Epoxy resin, fiberglass, addition of 4" ABS ceiling cap, glass wall, output through pit and dead end shaft.
Result - Doesn't run, bottom of model cracks.
Positive aspect: First time viewing of water vortex in sub chamber model.

|
January 2000: Model #3
Construction - Epoxy resin, fiberglass, steel reinforced walls, ceiling, walls. Cast into reinforced
cement mold. Waste gate on pit shaft, output through dead end shaft, air removed from model.
Result - Runs first try! (left photo) Model holds together!
Positive aspect: Finally start to do testing on working model. Start of extensive tests for waste gates, outputs.

July 2002: Model #4
Construction - Epoxy resin, fiberglass, glass ceiling, glass wall. Addition of ink jets for fluid dynamics.
Result - Great pictures of subterranean chamber's fluid dynamics
Positive aspect: Actual fluid dynamics established. Far more complex than anticipated.
